Od 5.-9. ožujka 2018. godine održan je studijski posjet Bruxellesu u sklopu European Green Activists Training (EGAT) treninga kojeg organizira Zelena europska zaklada (Green European Foundation), s ciljem upoznavanja institucija Europske unije, organizacija civilnog društva i zelenih aktivista. Dodatno, tijekom posjeta održane su radionice čiji je cilj bio razviti kritičko razmišljanje i pružiti sudionicima uvid u način funkcioniranja Europske unije, kao i pokazati im načine na koje mogu participirati u zajednici kao mladi građani.  Studijski posjet okupio je oko 100 sudionika EGAT nacionalnih treninga iz Finske, Mađarske, Češke, Hrvatske i Malte.

Uz predavanja koja su predstavila neke od najvažnijih civilnih organizacija u području Zelene politike, radionice o lobiranju, privatnosti, oružju, organizaciji političkih kampanja te debatu o pokretu feminizma, sudionici su posjetili Europski parlament i slušali predavanja zastupnika u Europskom parlamentu i njihovih suradnika. Ovom prilikom se također zahvaljujemo gospodinu Davoru Škrlecu, hrvatskom zastupniku u Europskom parlamentu, na gostoprimstvu!

From March 5th-9th, a study visit to Brussels was organized, as a part of the European Green Activists Training (EGAT) training organized by the Green European Foundation, with the aim of participants getting acquainted with the institutions of the European Union, civil society organizations and green activists. Additionally, during the study visit, several workshops were held, aimed at developing critical thinking and providing participants with an insight into how the European Union works, as well as showing them different ways and opportunities to participate in local and global communities as young citizens. A study visit gathered about 100 participants of EGAT national training from Finland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Croatia, and Malta.

In addition to lectures that presented some of the most important civil organizations in the field of Green policies, workshops on lobbying, privacy, weapons and political campaigns organization, and a debate on feminism, participants have visited the European Parliament and listened to the lectures of MPs and their associates. We would also like to use this opportunity to thank Mr. Davor Škrlec, Croatian MP in the European Parliament, for the hospitality!
